With the British summer officially here and hopefully here to stay. lets look at ways to keep safe in the sun

Cover up with suitable clothing (a long sleeved top), hats (a wide brimmed hat that shades the face, neck and ears) and sunglasses (sunglasses with CE mark and British standard mark 12312-1:2013 E)

wear a sunscreen of at at least a factor 30to protect against UVB and at least 4* UVA protection - Never Burn

Spend time in the shade between 11am and 3pm
